My journey with Digital Pathshala (DP) is something I’ll always be proud of. Located at the heart of Itahari, DP is not just one of the biggest IT companies and institutes in the city, but also a place where I truly began my professional growth.

While I was pursuing my +2 in Itahari, I got the opportunity to work as a MERN stack intern at DP. I joined on September 29, 2025, and from day one, I was exposed to real-world projects. It wasn’t just about coding, it was about learning how things actually work in a professional environment. I built connections, collaborated with talented developers, and became part of a growing tech community in my own city.

The people at DP made the experience even more special. CEO Manish Basnet sir is incredibly humble and treats everyone equally, always spreading positivity throughout the office. My brother, Rupesh Chaudary, who introduced me to DP, is a versatile full-stack developer with strong backend expertise. Working alongside him and others was inspiring.

I had the chance to collaborate with Umesh Mehta on projects like “UpaayaX” and “HamroTask,” which were valuable learning experiences for me. Ramesh Adhikari, the CTO at the time, played a big role in making the workplace feel welcoming. Some of my favorite memories are the late evenings after work, heading home together with Ramesh dai and Manish sir after long but fulfilling days.

My internship schedule itself was a challenge I’m proud of, attending college during the day and then working from 5:30 PM to 10:30 PM. It was tiring, but every moment was worth it.

Then there were the small but meaningful moments, coffee breaks with Raghav dai and Mausam dai. Mausam Gurung, the UI/UX Head, added a creative energy to the team that made collaboration even more enjoyable.

The environment at DP never felt like a typical office. It felt more like a second home. From the friendly atmosphere to the monthly town hall meetings on the first day of each month, everything contributed to a sense of belonging.

One of the proudest moments of my journey was being awarded “Best Intern of the Month.” It was a small recognition, but it meant a lot to me and reflected the growth I experienced there.

Digital Pathshala wasn’t just a workplace for me, it was where I grew, learned, and built memories that I’ll carry forward in my journey as a developer.
